Information we collect
The contact form collects the information you submit, such as name, phone, email, state, interest, and message. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, banking information, payment information, or other highly sensitive data. Hosting systems may process IP address, browser, device, page, timestamp, and security-log data.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond, discuss insurance options, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. Categories of service providers that may receive information include hosting, email, scheduling, communications, security, and recordkeeping providers. If you apply for coverage, information may be shared with insurers, general agencies, enrollment platforms, and parties involved in the application under separate disclosures.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. We do not sell covered information as that term is defined by Nevada privacy law, and we do not sell contact-form information for money.
Cookies, tracking, retention, and security
Essential session cookies support security and form processing. The contact form temporarily uses a one-way hashed network and browser identifier to limit repeated submissions. Rate-limit records are designed to expire after one hour and do not contain the form message. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral analytics. We therefore do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party scheduling and linked sites may collect information under their own privacy notices and settings.
Information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. No internet system is completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete contact information we control, or submit a verified request concerning sale of covered information, subject to lawful retention and identity verification.
